Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility. This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Entry Period. The giveaway begins on the 29th April and ends on the 31st May. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter. To enter participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:
- Share Post in their Instagram Story, Tag @sunshinesurf_ AND use the hashtag #10YearsofSunshine
- Like the giveaway post
- Follow Sunshine Surf page
- Winner Selection. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will take place within 10 days after the end of the Entry Period. The selection will be auto-generated using the business owners chosen platform, evidence of the selection process will be provided.
- Notification. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where they entered the giveaway. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize details. The price includes a surf trip for two (2) people on Sunshine Surf, including:
- A week-long surf lesson/surf coaching package
- Accommodation for the duration of the trip (shared accommodation or private double according to availability for the chosen dates).
- (1) 2 hour surf lesson / coaching each day excluding the day of arrival
- Surf equipment rental
- All meals
- Transportation to & from Agadir airport / Agadir centre or Agadir bus station
- Prize redemption. The winner must claim the prize within 21 days of notification. Prize redemption is subject to availability and black out dates may apply, such as school holidays.
- Publicity. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Sunshine Surf to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Release. By entering the giveaway, participants release Sunshine Surf and its affiliates from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
- Modification or cancellation. Sunshine Surf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
